When we read of great sea creatures and other giants and dragons in Scripture, we can trust that they were real creatures. The word dinosaur is not used in the Bible because it wasn’t coined until 1841. Instead, they were described by their size, strength, and uniqueness. In the past, people made rock drawings and told legends of how man and dinosaurs lived together.
